Welcome to the Stampy Stamps website, which is operated by Trent Kerwin. You may have already dealt with us on eBay, where we trade as stampy.stamps.
The vast majority of stamps available on this website are not for sale on any other venue. We change over 100% of the stock on our site most weeks, which means there is always something new to see. You won't be sifting through the same stock all of the time like on most stamp dealer websites.

The first customer to "Commit To Buy" an item will secure that item. Items in your cart will still be available for others to buy until you have committed to buy what is in your cart.
In the event that an item is included in more than one order, that item will be removed from all orders except the one placed first. The exact time an order is placed is based on the time stamp allocated to the transaction by our server.
You can place multiple orders on our website, which commits you to buying the items ordered, but you can delay making payment until you are ready.
Please bear in mind however, that we require all orders to be paid for within five days of the date of the first order.
When you make payment, the correct postage amount will be calculated on the value of all of the items you have ordered.
If you have already made payment but decide you wish to make a further order, this can automatically be sent with your existing paid orders, if payment is received before the existing orders are sent. If additional postage is required this will be calculated when payment is made.
All orders for items totalling less than $100 are sent by standard post.
All orders for items totalling $100 or more are sent by tracked post.
Each Paypal transaction you make will attract a $0.30 fee. Our website allows for simple combining of multiple orders into a single transaction so you will not need to pay this on every order.

All transactions are recorded according to the time and date in Melbourne, Australia.
We will notify you when your order has been despatched. This will be within 5 work days from the time payment has been received.
Once your order has been despatched the time until your order arrives will be dependent on the mail or courier services involved. We are located in Strathfieldsaye, Victoria, Australia and the delivery time will depend on the time it takes for mail to travel between our location and yours and naturally is out of our control.
All orders are to be settled within FIVE days of the first order, unless an alternative agreement has been reached beforehand.
If an item is misdescribed or incorrectly identified the transaction can be cancelled.
If we deem that an ordered item has been misidentified, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction.
If you believe an item you have ordered is misidentified then please contact us and we will remove the item from your order. Customers can also expect to receive a refund and, or to have a transaction cancelled if an item has been misidentified or misdescribed.
If there is an error or ommission in any item listed then any purchase of such an item may be cancelled at the discretion of management.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any purchaser at our discretion.
